I’m Cristina, proud owner of Wild Harvest Events. My love for healthy, delicious, and beautifully presented food has been a lifelong passion. At just 14 years old, I had my first upscale dining experience—an unforgettable moment where I truly appreciated the artistry of cuisine, from the exquisite flavors to the meticulous presentation. To me, food was more than just nourishment; it was a form of art.
Over the years, I developed my culinary skills, sharing my creations with loved ones and deepening my appreciation for fine ingredients. With a background in sales and real estate, I understood what it takes to turn a passion into a thriving business. That’s when I fully immersed myself in the world of artisanal cheeses, cured meats, and gourmet pairings—what we now recognize as the art of charcuterie.
